Trisha Krishnan - the dream girl in south industry had done a bollywood movie named “Khatta meetha” with Actor Akshay Kumar. This was Akshay Kumar’s own production (Hari Om Productions) movie. This movie was directed by Priyadarshan who was introduced Trisha in Tamil movie “lesa lesa” in 1999, and music by Pritam Chakraborty. Priyadarshan said that Trisha was done heroine role against Akshay Kumar.

The film unit more satisfied with making and believed to succeed. Priyadarshan and unit had more faith in success of this movie. Because this is a remake of the movie ”Vellanakalude Nadu” (Malayalam) which was the big hit in1989 directed by same director Priyadarshan.

Khatta meetha Was relesed on 18^th June 2010, Running Successfully. Trisha was invited to mumbai to celebrate the success. Now Trisha is busy in “Manmadhan Ambu” with Kamal in direction of K.S.Ravikumar. She asked 5 days permission and flied to Mumbai.

After this project Trisha also committed to do a movie with Director Gowtham menon. This will be a remake of the big hit movie in tamil “Vinnai thaandi varuvaya” Directed by gowtham. Actor Prateik Babbar considered to do a simbu’s role in tamil as a hero.

After the departure of Asin, South industry send one more queen to Bollywood. May she blessed all success in her future films. When reporters asked Trisha about south movies, She replied “Now I’m acting in “Manmadhan Ambu” With kamal and considering other offers from Bollywood. I will manage both industries as well Asin does”
